This fund was established in memory of a beloved IODE Provincial President, Lucy Morrison. Bursaries up to $1,000 are awarded to post-secondary students at colleges and universities in Ontario who demonstrate financial need, have completed one full year of study and are Canadian citizens. Thanks to the generosity of the IODE chapters who donate to the IODE Ontario Lucy Morrison Memorial Fund for Education, to make these bursaries possible. Special AwardsAnnually, Special Awards are made to students in specific fields. The appropriate universities, colleges and schools are asked to nominate students for these awards.
The Bursary is administered by the IODE Ontario.
The Provincial Executive Committee makes the final approval. |
