Schools, colleges, universities, communities and individuals students have been encouraged by the support they have received from all IODE chapters throughout Ontario.

IODE Ontario Bursary, at Nipissing University was established in 1997 as part of a Building Trust Endowment Campaign at Nipissing University in North Bay.  Our contribution of $5000 was matched by the Ontario Government.  It is offered to a full time student in the third year of Bachelor of Arts, Sociology program.

IODE Ontario Lucy Morrison Memorial Fund receives memorial donations and contributions from IODE chapters.  With this fund, we are able to award bursaries of $600 to $800 each based on need. Three Annual Scholarships of $1000 each are awarded for Applied Ecology, Music Performance, Library and Information Science. An annual award for $1000 is presented to a student at the National Ballet School, Toronto. Two Tuition Awards are given to students at the Ontario College of Art and Design, Toronto.
