In April 2011, there was a change in format for the Provincial Annual Meeting. Feedback from attendees was very positive. As a result this year’s annual meeting will also be a one-day corporate style meeting. The proposed Agenda is included in this mailing. See you at the Courtyard by Marriott in Hamilton on Saturday, April 21. Please register as soon as possible. April will be here before we know it!
Membership fees are now due to your jurisdictional office by February 28th, 2012. Please send your membership list with your cheque. Don’t forget to complete and send in your Newly Elected Officer’s List too (sent to you with the mailing from IODE Canada.)
The Ballots for Provincial and National Councillors have been sent to you. Please take time to vote and mail the envelope back by the return date. If you have questions or concerns, contact Karen Barker 1st Vice President and 2012 Voting Convenor, or call the Provincial Office.
To post your upcoming events on the Ontario website, use the form on the Ontario website which you can print and send the information to the Provincial office. We will get it posted for you.
